Early Warning
Our external alarm system is the first line of defense, deterring thieves from approaching your property, e.g: if intruder enters perimeter the time has already started for the intruder.

The unique part of the external system is when the alarm is disarmed anybody approaching your property, the inside keypad indicates to tell you where the intruder is: i.e. front, back or side of house.

Unique method of installation. 
Most alarm suppliers fit their control panels near to an external door where they are accessible and vulnerable - but not Mar Menor Alarmas.
We use a unique method of installation with no visible or accessible control panel. The system is controlled by a small, simple remote keypad. Damaging or removing this keypad cannot disarm or disable your system. If an intruder enters your property they cannot switch off the alarm. Neither can the system be disarmed externally.

High decibel siren.
The special high decibel siren provided with the Ultimate Model can be heard over a minimum distance of 3km. The human ear has virtually no tolerance to such high sound levels at near range and this deters an intruder from entering and prevents him remaining to continue his crime.

Value for money.
Despite its high quality and unique installation method the King Alarmas system is very competitively priced. It is a low cost and low maintenance system.

A further additional and significant benefit is the audible intruder alert which is still active when the main alarm is switched off, though you are still about on the premises. This is a simple yet sophisticated device that warns you when anyone enters a protected area. This means that you are not a “prisoner” in your own property (unlike with some other systems). They have a track record of no false alarms. All our alarm systems can be connected to a 24hrs monitoring service there are two options to choose from:

21€ per month 24hrs monitoring service police,
Fire & ambulance response.

Option2:
35€ per month 24hrs monitoring service police,
Fire, ambulance & personal response.

In the event of a break-in our response team will come out and repair/secure your property.
